White City Junior High students receive laptop computers
WHITE CITY, Kansas (STPNS) -- White City Junior High students were getting their new laptops up and running under the direction of Tony Campuzano, technology director for White City Schools. The computers are the second phase of a 5-phase plan USD #481 has adopted. The first phase was the purchase of laptops for all teachers in the district in the 2005-2006 school year. Phase III and IV will involve a laptop initiative at the high school level in 2008 and laptop carts at the elementary level in 2009.
